IMMEDEATELY AFTER THE BOOKING PLEASE DO SEND AN EMAIL TO GET EXPLANATIONS ON HOW TO ENTER YOURSELF. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR VALID EMAILADRESS AND CELLPHONENUMBER FOR SMS-RECEIPT, SO THAT WE CEN SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET IN.
Accommodation is always cleaned and should be ready to move in by 17:00 pm at the latest. Before this time you can leave your luggage in the apartment and take the keys.
Accommodations shall be left by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please leave the keys in the apartment when you leave.We do not have a reception desk. The house is accessible only for guests who are handed the keys. We do not have any staff for answering questions
Reservation & Payment:
We take VISA for reservation, but usually don’t take credit cards for payment. Payment is upon arrival, with cash €.
The legal stuff:
The Austrian Law: ABGB and the Austrian Hotel contract conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations shall be made via e-mail and may be made up to 1 month prior to arrival, otherwise we are entitled to charge for the whole stay. For no-shows or not staying in the booked accommodation the same applies accordingly. We recommend a holiday-insurance covering cancellation-risk.
Group bookings:
if you book more than 1 apartment, we are entitled to charge your credit card immediately for the whole amount booked.
Football-Masters June 2008 Cancellation Policy:
In June 2008: 01.06-30.06 the cancellation may be made up to 2 months prior to arrival, otherwise we are entitled to charge for the whole stay. For no-shows or not staying in the booked accommodation the same applies accordingly. We recommend a holiday-insurance covering cancellation-risk.

Cross over the bridge

Turn left into Krummbaumgasse

It is the 3rd house on the left

When coming from the airport:
With bus "OBB" to Schwedenplatz/MORZINPLATZ
walk left to SALZTORBRÜCKE (the bridge on your left)
cross over the bridge
walk down HOLLANDSTRASSE
turn left into KRUMMBAUMGASSE
turn right into IM WERD
its the 3rd house on the left hand side (small, yellow)

bus-ride: about 30 minutes

Alternative from Airport:
Take taxi "c&k", to be booked in the arrival area at its desk, which will bring you at a fixed, rate (about Euro 23 to Im Werd 5, Duration: 30 minutes)
When coming by car from the west:
Follow the sign "Zentrum." At the Opera (Zentrum), turn left and follow Ringstrasse. Follow Ringstraße till Donaukanal, Cross the first bridge to your left. Follow the sign "Karmelitermarkt" straight ahead.
Upon arrival on the market turn to the left immediately into Krummbaumgasse.
Then turn to the right into Im Werd.
It is the 3rd house on the left.
Beware: Parking around or near the marketplace will incur a heavy fine!
