• After the artist of Brussels Luc Vandervelde lux stayed approximately three years abroad in central Asia, India and the US , lux is back in Brussels !
• Seven years ago he bought a lord house in the center of Brussels (walking distance from the Botanique). The house has preserved its original and nostalgic character but has been also influenced by the contemporary individuality of the occupants. Since February 2007 lux has started a bed & Breakfast with 2 chambers in this lord house, each room radiate their own style and environment.
• The lord house and the garden are a harmonious teamwork of design, self-willed accessories, modern styles, retro influences and artistic objects.
• The one chamber has a strong individuality, radiates call but at the same time adventure. Green-brown, the colours emphasise a warm glow which refers to older interiors. But the art of young contemporary artists, among of them the American artiste Trish and lux, gives a surprising inversion to the space.
• The second room has arranged minimalists and some colourful details accentuate dominating frugality. This chamber is provided with an own shower.
• The visitors have ADSL connection in the entire house access to wireless.
• The breakfast is the first energy source for the coming day and that's why lux gives the necessary attention on this meal. A seizure from the offer: bread and/or grain products, an endosperm source such as egg, milk, yoghourt and cheese; a source of vitamins, minerals and feeding fibres (such as fruit, fruit juice, fruit dried,.), and sufficient liquid (water, tea, coffee,.). At nicely weather it can be served in the garden.
• Brussels has large a culture offer: museums, festivals, theatre, dancing, galleries,.. You can wish yourself no better guide than lux.

• Il y a sept ans il a acheté une maison de maître au cour de Bruxelles (sur wandelafstand/promenade du Botanique). La maison a conservé son caractère original et nostalgique mais a été influencée par la personnalité contemporaine des habitants. À partir de février 2007, lux instaure ici un Bed & Breakfast avec 2 chambres qui chacune a son propre style et reflète son ambiance.

• La première chambre a une personnalité forte, irradie le calme mais également l'aventure. Vert-brun les couleurs accentuent une chaleur, rappelant les plus vieux intérieurs. L'art des jeunes artistes contemporains comme l'artiste américain Trish et lux donnent entre autre un renversement surprenant de l'espace.
• La deuxième chambre est plus minimaliste et quelques détails colorés accentuent la sobriété régnante. Cette chambre est munie de sa propre douche.
• Les visiteurs ont une connection ADSL-wireless dans la maison..
• Le déjeuner est la première source d'énergie pour la journée qui commence et à la maison lux l'attention nécessaire y est donc consacrée. Exemple de l'offre : le pain et/ou les produits de grain, une source de protéine comme le lait, le yaourt et le fromage, une source des vitamines, des minéraux et des fibres d'alimentation (comme le fruit, le jus de fruit, fruit séché...), et de la boisson suffisante (eau, thé, café...).
• Bruxelles a grand une culture, elle offre : musées, festivals, théâtre, danse, galeries.... vous ne pouvez pas vous souhaiter un meilleur guide que lux !

• Zeven jaar geleden kocht hij een herenhuis in hartje Brussel (op wandelafstand van de Botanique). Het huis heeft zijn originele en nostalgisch karakter behouden maar is beïnvloed door de hedendaagse persoonlijkheid van de bewoners. Vanaf februari 2007 zal Lux hier van start gegaan met een Bed & Breakfast met 2 kamers die elk een eigen stijl en sfeer uitstralen.
• Het herenhuis en de tuin zijn een harmonieus samenspel van design, eigenzinnig accessoires, moderne stijlen, retro invloeden en kunstzinnige objecten.
• De ene kamer heeft een sterke persoonlijkheid, straalt rust maar tevens avontuur uit. De groen-bruine kleuren benadrukken een warme gloed die refereert naar oudere interieurs. De kunst van jonge hedendaagse artiesten o.a. de Amerikaanse kunstenares Trish en Lux geven de ruimte een verrassende wending.
• De tweede kamer is minimalistisch ingericht en enkele kleurige details springen accentueren de heersende soberheid. Deze kamer is voorzien van een eigen douche.
• De bezoekers hebben in het ganse huis toegang tot een wireless ADSL connectie.
• Het ontbijt is de eerste energiebron voor de komende dag en er wordt ten huize Lux dan ook de nodige aanda cht aan besteed. Een greep uit het aanbod: brood en/of graanproducten, een eiwitbron zoals melk, yoghurt en kaas; een bron van vitaminen, mineralen en voedingsvezels (zoals fruit, fruitsap, gedroogd fruit,...), en voldoende drank (water, thee, koffie,...).
• Bij mooi weer kan in de tuin worden gegeten.
• Brussel heeft een groot Cultuur aanbod: museums, festivals, theater, dans, galeries,.. U kunt zich geen betere gids wensen dan Lux!

The "B&B ludelux" is located in the center of Brussels, walking distance from the Grand Place, manneken Pis, most EU buildings and the main shopping areas; a short metro ride from the Atomium, the Brussels Exhibition Centre.
