• Our home is in the hamlet of Montfort , overlooked by the Château de Montfort, minutes from the River Dordogne and in the heart of the Périgord Noir. At only 4 kilometres from the renowned medieval town of Sarlat , we are perfectly located for all the major sites of the Dordogne Valley , yet in a tranquil location.
• Numerous châteaux, spectacular villages and historic sites will compete for your time with outdoor activities such as walking, horse-riding, canoeing, fishing, golf and much more besides.
• Alternatively just sit back, relax and enjoy the view of the Château de Montfort from our gardens and swimming pool.
• We can offer 4 double/ triple bedrooms and a family suite of 2 bedrooms with 2 shower-rooms. All individual, they are stylishly furnished and decorated to a high standard, with luxury ensuite facilities. Each bedroom has television and is refreshed daily. Private access to all rooms allows guests to come and go as they please. Each bedroom also has its own seating area outside, with views of the Château. All of the rooms are on the ground floor and one is specifically designed for those less able-bodied, with wheelchair access throughout the bedroom and shower-room.
• Breakfast is served either indoors or in the courtyard during the summer months. Fresh juices and cereals are followed by breads and pastries, with fruits, yoghurts, eggs etc.
• Guests can relax by the open fire during the winter months and enjoy the lounge, or mezzanine library which is stocked with French and English books and games. A television, DVD and VHS player are available for your use, allowing access to all the main UK television and radio stations. From this room spectacular views to the château make it an ideal space for quiet reading and relaxation over a drink. We also have available for your inside entertainment a baby-football table and French Billiards table.

• Unser Haus befindet sich in dem ruhigen, mittelalterlichen Dorf Montfort, nahe des Château de Montfort und des Flusses Dordogne im Herzen der Perigord Noir. In ca. 4  Kilometern Entfernung befindet sich die berühmte mittelalterliche Stadt Sarlat. Wir bieten daher einen perfekten Standort von dem aus man die Schönheiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten des Dordogne Tals genießen und erkunden kann.
• Zahlreiche Burgen und Chateaus, wunderschöne Dörfer und historische Orte befinden sich ganz in Ihrer Nähe. Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Reiten, Kanu-Fahren, Angeln, Golf usw. werden dafür sorgen, dass keine Langeweile aufkommt.
• Alternativ dazu kann man sich auch zurücklehnen, entspannen und den Blick auf das  Château de Montfort vom Garten oder Swimming-Pool aus genießen.
• Wir bieten 4 Doppel- oder 3-Bettzimmer sowie eine Familien-Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Duschen. Alle Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet und mit hohem Standard und Luxus-Badezimmern ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, der ein Kommen und Gehen nach Wunsch ermöglicht. Jedes Zimmer verfügt außerdem über einen eigenen äußeren Sitzbereich, mit Blick auf das Château. Die Zimmer sind ebenerdig, wobei ein Zimmer behindertengerecht ausgestattet ist (Benutzung des Badezimmers ist mit dem Rollstuhl möglich).
• Frühstück wird je nach Witterung entweder im Eßzimmer oder im Freien serviert. Frische Säfte, Müsli, Cornflakes sowie Brot und Croissants der Region, Obst, Joghurt und Eier stehen am Buffet zur Verfügung.
• In den Wintermonaten können sich die Gäste vor einem offenen Feuer entspannen oder sich ein Spiel oder Buch aus unserer Bibliothek aussuchen. Ein Fernseher mit internationalen Sendern, DVD and Video- Spiele stehen ebenfalls in diesem Bereich zur Verfügung. Von diesem Zimmer aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das Château. Für Ihre weitere Unterhaltung im Haus stehen ein französischer Billard-Tisch und ein Kicker-Spiel bereit.
