On saturdays and wednesdays there is a large colourful market held in the Place de la Liberté, with stalls spilling out to cover the Traverse. During the summer months there is street entertainment in the evening and many festivals are celebrated to the enjoyment of all. There is a wide choice of restaurants with a variety of cuisines and price levels.
- All of these are within easy walking distance of Les Cordeliers. Free parking is available close by in Place de Cordeliers.
There are many activities available including canoeing, horse riding, adventure parks for children and adults alike, fishing, golf and cycling.
