• La Maison des Pins is set in a beautifully restored manor house dating back to 1860. All of the accommodation has been individually designed to the highest standard. Each of their 5 en-suite bedrooms is equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, towels and toiletries and TV. It has been voted no.1 b and b in Carcassonne.
• They also have two studio apartments and one gite (self catering cottage) which sleeps 6 available for rental, please ask for prices for long term rents.
• La Maison des Pins is ideally located to see all the sites, it is only 10 minutes from Carcassonne airport and 15 minutes from the historical castle of Carcassonne.
• The gite sleeps 6, with two bathrooms, rates are Jan-May 300 euros, June 450.00 July/August 680.00 and September/October 450.00 and Nov/Dec 300.00. There is a fully equipped kitchen, DVD, TV, two bathrooms, two double rooms and a twin room.
• All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are 5 b and b rooms/of which 2 double up as apartments, including three family rooms. Maximum occupancy 21.
• In the grounds there is outdoor seating area, there is an option of breakfast on the terrace in spring/summer. 3 bar-be-ques, sandpit, ping-pong, darts, two swimming pools, one suitable for babies and toddlers, private off road parking.

• You will find it easy to relax in this hospitable southern climate, savouring local specialities where you will notice that the time passes just that bit more slowly. At the Maison des pins your stay is important to us, we have designed our bedrooms to provide maximum comfort and relaxation. Tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries, flannels and towels are provided in your rooms and there is daily roomservice.
