description:
- Between Loire and Allier , at the heart of an ancient village, you'll find Le Relais de Chasse.
- Built in the 16 th century as a hunting lodge for the Princes de Cleves and extended in the 18 th century, it now (21 st century) houses a luxurious chambres & table d'hotes.
- The Relais consists of a manor of approx. 420 m2, an out building of 150 m2, servants quarters and a large garden/park (10.000 m2).
- Situated between the historic cities of Nevers (Nievre) and Moulins ( Allier ) the Relais can easily be reached by the N7 motorway. Both cities offer a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and historic sites.
- The Nievre is home to extensive old forests combined with sloping scenery, rivers and canals. This area of 'pre-war' peace and quiet possesses not only an extensive historic heritage but also a number of quiet golf courses and the Formula-1 circuit of Magny Cours.
