• Situated on the beautiful Côte d‘Azur between Cannes and St. Tropez Villa Beausite offers luxury accommodation and a beautiful view of the  Mediterranean.
• The main attraction of the garden is the 5x10 m Swimmingpool, which can be heated so that the watertemperatur never sinks below 26-28 °. An electrically operated cover guarantees the safety of the children.
• In a cosy corner of the garden a place for barbeque gives you the opportunity to prepare your own meal for lunch and diner.
• A carpark inside the gate protects your car against vandalism.
• Three of the four rooms are furnished with the comfort items of a good hotel. That means heating, airconditioning, satellite televison with radio, Wi-Fi, bathroom with bath or shower, toilet and washbasin. One is rather modest.

• Die Villa Beausite befindet sich in St. Aygulf an der zauberhaften Côte d‘Azur zwischen Cannes und St. Tropez. Geniessen Sie in diesem Bed and Breakfast den Komfort und die herrliche Aussichtslage einer Traumvilla.
• Eine Hauptattraktivität bildet das 5x10 m grosse Schwimmbad. Es ist geheizt, so dass auch in den Monaten am Rande der Hauptsaison mit 26-28° warmem Wasser gerechnet werden kann. Mit seiner elektrisch betriebenen Abdeckung entspricht das Bad den französischen Vorschriften zur Kindersicherheit.
• In einer lauschigen Ecke des Gartens befindet sich der Grillplatz mit einer Sitzgruppe. Hier können Sie nach Belieben grillieren, damit Sie sich auch am Mittag und am Abend auf dem Grundstück verpflegen können.
• Parkplätze innerhalb des Gartentores schützen Ihren Wagen vor Vandalismus.
• Drei der vier Zimmer sind mit allen aus der gehobenen Hotellerie bekannten Einrichtungen versehen. Das sind Heizung, Klimaanlage, Satellitenfernsehen mit Radio, Wi-Fi, Badezimmer mit Bad oder Dusche, Lavabo und Toilette. Das vierte Zimmer ist bescheidener.

• Bienvenue à la Villa Beausite, située a mi-chemin entre Cannes et St. Tropez, surplombant les hauts de St. Aygulf avec vue panoramique de la piscine sur le golf méditerranéen et petit parc verdoyant.
• L‘attraction principale est la piscine de 5x10 mètres. L‘eau a toujours une température de 26 à 28 ° à l‘aide d‘une pompe à chaleur. Avec un volet roulant électrique la piscine a une protection contre la chute des petits enfants.
• Dans un coin intime du jardin un barbecue est installé, accompagné d‘un coin repas. Ici vous avez la possibilité de préparer votre dîner.
• Vous avez la possibilité de stationner votre voiture dans le  parc fermé.
• Trois de ces quatre chambres offrent le comfort de bons hôtels, soit chauffage, climatisation, télévision par satellite avec radio, Wi-Fi. L‘accès aux chambres se fait directement par une terrasse. La quatrième chambre est plus modeste.
