• Kadiner Loft - your guest apartment in Berlin. An inviting loft apartment with hardwood floors, centrally located in Berlin-Friedrichshain near Frankfurter Tor, with excellent access to public transit, an elevator, and its own private entrance and loggia.
• The spacious loft, with full bath and kitchen, is in a renovated Wollgarnfabrik (yarn factory) with a Jugendstil brick facade that was built around the turn of the century and then converted to spacious loft apartments in 2005. We are close to Ostbahnhof train station and the East Side Gallery, the still-standing portion of the Berlin Wall known for its colorful murals.
• The rental fee (EUR 75/night for 1—2 guests) includes linens, towels, cleaning, and high-speed Internet connection; there are no other fees or taxes. The loft is available for stays from 2 to 14 nights; parking is also available.
• The apartment is quiet and enjoys bright morning sunshine. Your hosts, Kevin Pfeiffer (American, translator) and Isabel Wünsche (German, art historian), live in the same building and will do their best to ensure that you enjoy your stay in Berlin.

• Ce loft spacieux, avec salle de bains et cuisine équipées, se trouve dans une Wollgarnfabrik (filature) rénovée, à la façade en briques Jugendstil, construite au début du XXe siècle. Elle a été convertie en lofts spacieux en 2005. Nous sommes proches de la gare ferroviaire Ostbahnhof et de la East Side Gallery, la portion encore intacte du Mur de Berlin, connue pour ses fresques colorées.
• Le tarif de location (75 EUR/nuit pour 1-2 personnes) comprend le linge de literie, les serviettes, le nettoyage et l’accès haut débit à Internet. Il n’y a ni autres frais ni taxes. Le loft peut être loué pour 2 à 14 nuits.
• L’appartement, très tranquille, est illuminé par le soleil le matin. Vos hôtes, Kevin Pfeiffer (Américain, traducteur) et Isabel Wünsche (Allemande, historienne d’art), habitent dans le même bâtiment et feront de leur mieux pour que vous profitiez de votre séjour à Berlin.

• Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Parkett in zentraler Lage in Berlin-Friedrichshain, direkt hinter dem Frankfurter Tor (U-Bahn/Straßenbahn/Bus), mit Laubengang und Fahrstuhl.
• Die 60 m² große Loftwohnung mit eingebauter Küche und exquisitem Bad befindet sich im Hofgebäude in der 1. Etage und ist über einen privaten Eingang direkt vom Fahrstuhl über den Laubengang zu erreichen. Eine Trennwand unterteilt den Großraum in Wohnbereich mit Küche und Schlafbereich. In Gartenlage, mit 3,5 Meter hohen Decken und großer Fensterfront ist sie ruhig sowie hell und sonnig. Der Laubengang bietet außerdem Platz für ein gemütliches „Breakfast for Two“ an frischer Luft sowie für Raucher.
• Das Loft ist Teil einer 1905 erbauten und 2005 sanierten Wollgarnfabrik. Das mit einer Jugendstil-Klinkerfassade verkleidete Fabrikgebäude ist ein Musterbeispiel der funktionellen Industriearchitektur zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts.
• Der Preis einschließlich Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Reinigung, und Internet beträgt EUR 75,— pro Nacht (bis zu 2 Personen, Minimum 2 Nächte); Parkplatz verfügbar.

how to get there:

From Airport Schönefeld:
Take the train or the S-Bahn, whichever is convenient, to Ostbahnhof; then read on.

From Airport Tegel:
Take the TXL bus (you can buy your ticket from the driver) all the way to Alexanderplatz. Then catch a taxi or follow the further directions here.

From Ostbahnhof:
Across from the train station is the taxi stand and bus stop. The 240 bus runs approx. every 10 minutes; you can buy a Kurzstrecke ticket from the driver for €1.20. Get off at the 3rd stop.

From Alexanderplatz:
Go down to the U-Bahn and take the U5 (it only runs one direction from here). Get off at Frankfurter Tor. As you leave the train, turn left and go up the stairs; turn left again, then right, and go up the steps. Kadiner Straße is behind the large building you see (the south tower of Frankfurter Tor).

Look for Kadiner Straße 20a. Go through the gate and continue on to the second courtyard; the door is on the right . Look for "Wünsche/Pfeiffer".
