• Our property is situated in the old town of Fossalta di Portogruaro, a few steps from the cathedral, banks, post office, town hall, bakery, grocery, pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, maxi disco and all other facilities you can imagine and has belonged to our family since 1920.
• The building has been totally restored and offers now several units for rental. The price we ask is relatively low compared with similar objects in Italy.
• PS: For our italians and foreigns guests who wants to stay a little longer we will be very happy to make special prices and accomodations. Talk to us about it.

  • Fossalta di Portogruaro (Villa Mocenigo)It is nice to spend a few days in our nice and idyllic small town of 6.000 inhabitants where life goes on quietly, far away from the stress of big towns. Our town is located 30 km. from the Alps and 15-20 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and we enjoy very good weather conditions all year round.
  • Portogruaro
    Portogruaro's old town (centro storico) was build in the 15th century and is quite as stilysh as Venice. You want to take it easy one day? It is nice then to go shopping in the refined shops under the vaults or simply be sitting confortably in one of the several bars down town sipping a glass of chardonnay wine or having a nice lunch
  • Brussa It takes you 15-20 minutes to get to "our" natural sand beach "Brussa" by the Adriatic Sea through quiet and pleasant country roads and you might be laying there free of charge. The Car Park is guarded. The beach in the "Brussa" has very fine-grain white sand and is several kilometers long. It is owned by the Italian State and it is also a quite and peaceful natural reservation, where you may enjoy swimming in the clean and very salted water of the Adriatic Sea.
  • Venice You can easily and confortably reach the magnificent town of Venice by train from our main station in Portogruaro in 40 minutes for a very reasonable ticket fee.
    The train stops 50 meters from the "Canal Grande" where you can step on in one of the many "gondolas" that waits to take you for a romantic trip to the most beautiful square in the world: "Piazza San Marco". You will enjoy every minute of your staying there feeling special and different.
    Now it is up to you to enjoy Venice with all its fantastic treasures and colourful and fascinating day life.

• Wir würden uns freuen, Sie hier in Fossalta als unsere Feriengäste zu begrüssen.
• Wir vermieten eine Wohnung (ca.38 m2). Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einer Wohnküche mit einem Doppel Bettsofa sowie einer Küche (höchster ital. Standard); Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, Bidet und Toilette.
• In der Miete ist alles inbegriffen: Elektrisch, Gas, Kalt-und Warmwasser. Vorhanden sind auch ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Küchengeräte, Besteck, Teller und alles was zu einer Küche gehört. Moderner Gasherd mit elektrischern Ofen.
• Waschmaschine, TV, Bettwäsche, Bad-und Küchenhandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Sonnenstühle. Denken Sie daran, dass Verbrauchsartikel nicht von uns zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
• Unser haus liegt im Ortszentrum (centro storico) und gehört der Familie seit 1920. Das Gebäude ist vollständigt neu renoviert und besteht aus einer Einheit für unsere Familie, der wohnung sowie einer weiteren Hoteleinheit. Die Preise sind günstig, wenn man mit ähnlichen Objekten in Italien vergleicht.
• Wir vermieten wochenweise, von Samstag zu Samstag, doch Sie können gerne bleiben, solange Sie wollen! Geben Sie bitte der Buchung Bescheid, wir lange Ihr Aufenthalt bei uns dauert. Privat Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden und gratis.
• In Fossalta (6000 Einwohner) gibt es drei Lebensmittelgeschäfte, zwei Bäckereien, mehrere Bars und Pizzerias, alles nahe beieinhander. Einige Kilometer davon entfernt gibt es Zweistern Restaurants, die auch im Ausland bekannt sind. Post und Bank befinden sich einige hundert Meter von Ihrer Wohnung entfernt. Will man italienische Waren kaufen, hält man sich an den riesigen-ipermercato (Carrefour), wo man alles zwischen Himmel und Erde finden kann.
• Abends vom Strand zurück wollen Sie sich vielleicht entspannen. Decken Sie den Esstisch in unserem Garten und geniessen Sie Essen und Wein in behaglichem Klima und ruhiger Umgebung.
• Möchten Sie Tennis spielen? Nehmen Sie Racket und Tennisschuhe mit. Sie können im lokalen Tennisklub spielen, in dem ich Mitglied bin.
• In herbst können Sie an der Traubenernte bei unseren befreundeten Bauern teilnehmen.Die Apotheke befindet sich in der Nähe. Bei gesundheitlichen Problemen können wir unseren Hausartz zu Hilfe holen. Haben Sie Probleme mit dem Auto? Die Garage besorgt den Service sofort.
• Der Strand -Brussa"(Bibione) am adriatischen Meer liegt ca 20-25 Autominuten von uns entfernt und is kostenfrei. Es ist ein Natursandstrand mit feinkörnigem weissen Sand und streckt sich mehrere kilometer dem Meer entlang. Es ist ein Naturreservat und gehört dem Staat. Jedes Jahr wird der Strand von lokalen, sogenannten - Rangers" und Alpini (Alpenjäger) gereinigt. Hier ist es ruhig und angenehm und man wird nicht von anderen Badegästen umringt.
