• Bed and Breakfast in Florence is at 21, Santa Maria street on the first floor of a 19th century building located in the "Santo Spirito" area, in the heart of Florence’s historical centre, just a few minutes stroll away from Florence’s main monuments (“Palazzo Pitti”, “Ponte Vecchio”, Uffizi Gallery, “Palazzo Vecchio”, “Piazza della Signoria”, etc.), from shopping district (“Via della Vigna Nuova”, “Via Tornabuoni”, etc.) where you can find “Prada”, ”Armani”, ”Valentino”, ”Versace”, “Gucci”, “Roberto Cavalli”, and 1 kilometre away from Florence’s main railway station “ Santa Maria Novella”.
• The "Santo Spirito" area is characterized by its craft men’s workshops and typical products shops, by local people’s everyday life which takes place here, by picturesque town landscape still preserved here (rather than in other districts of Florence); the district is also famous for its restoration schools, painting ones, design & fashion ones, Italian language for foreigners ones. In the district you can find typical “trattorie” (i.e.: typical Florentine cuisine restaurants), bar, discos and clubs which do make it one of the most interesting places of Florence’s nightlife.
