THE HOUSE

• Cascina La Gioia house is a true B&B, according to the traditional and well known standard.
• Three double-bedrooms, each including a private bathroom, are located in a wing of the owners house specially reserved for guests.
• Swimming pool in the farm (13x6).
• Guests can enjoy satellite TV, music or have a chat in the room where breakfast is usually served.
  In addition, you will get information concerning the area, its cultural and gastronomic events, as well as historical landmarks, consulting a wide range of tourist books and publications.
• English, French, German and Spanish spoken.

THE FARM

• Cascina La Gioia is above all a renown farm, mainly appreciated for its qualified fruit production.
• It has been a small Plasmon "haven" since the year 1982, supplying a food processing company that works for Plasmon.
• Peaches, pears, apples, apricots and plums are grown in accordance with the ECC 2078/92 regulations which impose a reduction of chemicals in agriculture.
  For the family, owner and runner of the farm, this also means small quantities, typical products, daily harvests that allow the right degree of ripeness for outstanding organoleptic qualities.

LE BED & BREAKFAST

• Cascina La Gioia est un vrai B&B, au vrai sens du terme, et selon la plus pure tradition.
• Les trois chambres sont toutes dotées de salle de bain et situées au sein de la maison familiale dans une aile réservée.
• Une salle de conversation avec TV satellite et stéréo est à disposition des hôtes et tient également lieu de salon où prendre son petot-déjeuner.
• En outres les hôtes peuvent consulter une grande varieté de livres et publications fournissant toutes les informations sur la région et ses principales manifestation à caractère culturel, historique ou gastronomique.
• On parle anglais, français, allemand et espagnol.

L’ENTERPRISE AGRICOLE

• Cascina La Gioia est avant tout une entreprise agricole connue et appéciée pour le soin employé dans la production de ses fruits.
• C’est une petite "oasis" Plasmon, puisqu’elle fournit depuis 1982 une compagnie travaillant pour le compte de Plasmon.
• Sa production de peches, poires, pommes, abricots et prunes est conforme au régime 2078/92 de la CEE, qui prévoit la réduction de l’utilisation de produits phytopharmaceutiques et des fertilisants chimiques en agriculture.
  "Oasi" per la famiglia Tessitore, proprietaria dell’azienda agricola, vuol dire anche piccola produzione, tipicità del prodotto, raccolte giornaliere prelevando la frutta nel momento di giusta maturazione, per avere un prodotto con le qualità organolettiche ottimali.
