to get there:
If you are coming from northern Italy (Florence-Milan)
From A1 motorway take exit ROMA NORD. From the toll booth take exit "Settebagni".
You will be on "Via SALARIA": go in the direction of ROMA CENTRO. After about 15 km you will find a big exit with a sign to the right "S.PIETRO - FORO ITALICO", follow that to your right. Go straight and you will pass two tunnels. After the second you will find traffic lights. Go straight and you will see to your left the Olimpico Stadium. After the stadium keep left (VERY IMPORTANT) and you will find other traffic lights and turn right (as soon as you can). You will then be on VIALE ANGELICO, turn on that road until you cross Viale Giulio Cesare, where you will turn left, and go on, then turn right at the first traffic lights, then right again on Via degli Scipioni, and that's it!
If you are coming from southern Italy (Naples)
A1 towards Milano-Firenze. Follow the signs to Firenze, A24 L'Aquila Pescara and exit towards: Tangenziale EST - Roma Centro and go on until the beginning of the Tangenziale, towards the Foro Italico. Follow that sign to the right. Going always straight, you will pass two tunnels, after the second you will find traffic lights and go ahead. Go straight and you will see to your left the Olimpico Stadium. After the stadium keep left (VERY IMPORTANT) and you will find other traffic lights and turn right (as soon as you can). You will then be on VIALE ANGELICO, turn on that road until you cross Viale Giulio Cesare, where you will turn left, and go on, then turn right at the first traffic lights, then right again on Via degli Scipioni, and that's it!
If you come to see us landing with a plane at Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino airport, you need to take the direct train to the subway station "Piramide" of line B and then go to the Termini stop, where you will change subway line and on line A, towards Battistini, get off at the Ottaviano-S. Pietro stop, and a few metres from the exit you will be... at home! Time: 45 minutes.
