Although we do not serve breakfast, there are two coffee shops conveniently located near to our rooming house.

We do not have private parking. You can park your car in the nearby streets or in private garages.
Please pay attention to the indications to when the streets are cleaned, because in those dates the car are removed.

• Soggiorno Primavera’ is a simple cozy guesthouse - Bed & Breakfast - located on the first floor. It is a family run lodging, kept clean on a daily basis, which has recently been fully remodeled.
  Located not far away from the central station ‘Santa Maria Novella’, behind the Fortezza da Basso and the Palazzo dei Congressi (site of the most important trade fairs and exhibits), just few minutes walking you can reach the historical center and visit the most important monuments and museums.
• The rooms (five in all) can accommodate from one to three-four persons; some are equipped with on-suite baths while others make use of two restrooms located just outside the guestrooms.
  You are given the keys to your room so that you may have free and easy access to the building and come and go as you please, also during the night.
  You can park your car easily on the street in front of the building, and the bus stop is near the hotel.
  Soggiorno Primavera’s easy-going, warm and friendly environment along with the courteous and helpful proprietors who run the lodging all contribute in helping guests feel at home, rendering their stay in Florence pleasant and relaxing.

• Le Soggiorno Primavera est une simple et chaleureuse maison auberge - Bed & Breakfast - de gérance familliale, située au premier étage et rénovée récemment.
  Il se trouve en proximité de la gare centrale S.M.Novella, derrière la Foreteresse da Basso et le Palais des Congrés (siège de foires internationales, expositions culturelles et manifestations), dans quelques minutes de marche, vous pouvez arriver au centre historique et visiter les plus importants monuments et musées de la ville.
• Les chambres (cinque en tous) peuvent accueillir de un à trois-quattre personnes; quelques-unes ont une salle de bains privée, sinon deux salles de bains sont diponibles dans le couloir.
  Des clés vous seront remises dès votre arrivée pour avoir la liberté d’entrer et sortir.
  Garer la voiture se trouve facilement près de l'hotel, et arret de bus juste à coté.
  Nous avons essayé de faire du Soggiorno Primavera l’endroit accueillant et familliale pour la satisfaction totale de notre chèr client. La disponibilité des propriétaires et leurs capacité à parler français et anglais facilitent le séjour.

how to get there:

By train:
From the Central Station S.M. Novella (300 meters away = 5 minutes walking). Standing in the station with your back to the train tracks, go out the right hand exit (the exit with steps going down to the street). Once on the street, turn right again going along Via Alamanni. Go straight on and when you reach the traffic light, cross the street. At this point you will find yourself in Via Guido Monaco. Go straight along this street walking on the sidewalk on the right side (side with even street numbers) for about 50 meters and then turn into the first road on the right: this is Via Peri. The first door on the right (no. 2) is the entrance to Soggiorno Primavera.
By car:
Follow the street signs indicating ‘Centro’/‘Stazione S.M. Novella’/‘Fortezza da Basso’ (exhibit hall). Drive along the wide avenue (called ‘I Viali’) until you get to Viale Belfiore. Just after the traffic light turn left into Via Guido Monaco (going toward the station). Just after this, turn again into the first road on the left (Via Cittadella), then turn right into Via delle Ghiacciaie and then right again into Via Peri. At Via Peri no. 2 you will find the entrance to Soggiorno Primavera.
By plane:
The closest airport is ‘Aeroporto A. Vespucci’ in Florence. The airport has a shuttle bus to the S.M. Novella station which leaves every half hour. Alternatively, there is also a 24 hour taxi service.
The historical center is far 10 minutes walking.
Otherwise 3 buses stop which stopps at via G. Monaco (50 mt from the building).
