- Hotel La Querce is located in a Tuscan farmhouse nestled in the hilly
area between Tuscany and Umbria. Built in several periods starting in
the 18th century, and surrounded by a small flowered garden, it was
refurbished and transformed into a hotel in 1993. Modern features are
beautifully blended in the untouched traditional architecture where
wood and brick remind our guests of the rural origins of the building.
- Hotel: 11 rooms (8 doubles and 3 singles), tastefully decorated all
with bathroom (shower) telephone, fridge and central heating.
- Restaurant: traditional Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine; when in
season wild mushrooms, truffles and game. Prestigeous wine cellar. Closed
on monday
- Wine bar: happy hour from 5 to 6 PM; wine tasting sessions including
a selection of Vino Nobile from Montepulciano, Chianti, Brunello from
Montalcino and white wines, both from Tuscany and the Collio area; cocktails.
- Pets: yes but small size
