description:
- Located in Ribamar 40 mins from Lisbon Airport with a private elevated position overlooking the S.Lourenco blue flag beach.
- We can arrange for you to be picked up from Lisbon Airport and
be taken to the house, but car hire is recommended to have full
enjoyment of this interesting area.
- A quality large villa for non-smokers standing on its own in
a prime position giving you a wonderful sea view to wake up to.
- There are 5 double/twin en-suite rooms 4 of which have their
own door onto the seaview balcony. You can book just one room
and meet other discerning guests. Outside peak season we will
be happy to take long weekend bookings for those who wish to just
get some sun.
- In addition there is a large eco-friendly salt swimming pool (i.e. no chemicals) the property has electric gates a steep long drive & secure private parking.
- Lisboa and the surrounding area
- A short drive away is Sintra with the summer palace of the
Portuguese old royal family in amongst the interesting buildings.
- This weblink http://www.fodors.com/world/europe/portugal/lisbon/index.html
will give information on the picturesque port city of Lisbon 45kms away ect,ect
- The nearby town of Ericeira is a charming seaside town (which
reminds me of Tenby in the sun) it has 3 beaches down from
the spectacular cliffs and has recently been voted the town
with the best quality of life in Portugal. A town with a variety
of quality restaurants (40-50) with locally caught fish featuring
on most menus not an area that caters for the British burger
& pub requiring clientele.
- The local beaches have been given the blue flag, the next
beach has a surfing school, and our beach is a 10-minute stroll
away. The area can offer golf & tennis, big game fishing,
mountain biking, hiking and 4x4 in the local forest also pony
trekking.
