Very nice fully equipped kitchen of 8.5 m2, living room of 20 m2 with dining table. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and has parquet floors. Rooftop terrace with views of the surrounding neighborhood. To share with a very friendly Spanish lady who is an artist. 2nd floor with elevator. Enjoyment sharing a calm life, of study and with privacy with a person.

From Barcelona airport:
By bus: You have to take the AEROBUS and get off the first stop “ Plaza España”, you have to take Metro: red line L1and get off in “ Plaza Sants” or Bus number 56, 57, 157 in street “Creu Coberta” get off in 3 stop “ Plaza de Sants” cross the street and take street “Olzinelles” walk 2 bloks and torn left in street “Iberia” and on the right you see street ” Dalmau”
By Metro: To take the metro and get off in “ Barcelona Sants ” get out “PL Joan Peiró” walk straight untill street Sants, torn left, in tne trafic lights cross the street and take “Olzinelles” walk 2 blocks and torn left in street “Iberia” torn right in Street ”Dalmau”
By taxi: it will be 20 € or 25€, and it takes 20 minutes more or less.
From Girona airport:
You must take the special bus to Barcelona and get off in “Nord Estació”, then, you have a Metro “ Arc de Triumf ”, red line and from there, there are 8 stop to get to “ Plaza Sants” station go out to “Alcolea” walk untill “Olzinelles” turn left, walk 2 blocks and torn left in street “Iberia” torn right in street ”Dalmau”.
