• Finca el Senyal is a Country House which has been tastefully restored by Kim and Paolo, keeping many of it’s original features. The Finca is surrounded by gardens, with shady areas under the palm trees to sit and relax. Or you can soak up the sun on comfortable sun beds by the pool.
• Breakfast is served in the Courtyard which has natural shade created by the pergola of Bougainvilleae. Visitors are welcome to join Kim and Paolo for Lunch 10€ and dinner 15€ provided by arrangement. There is a BBQ in the Courtyard where Paolo cooks his renowned Paellas and Barbecues.
• In the winter you can relax in front of the Log Fire in the Lounge. All Bedrooms/Bathrooms have radiators.
• We are situated 1km from the village of Muchamiel, a typical Spanish village with Shops, Bars and Restaurants. There is a weekly market and a Park with a Bar/Rest and various activities most evenings throughout the Summer months.
  There is a regular Bus service from the village to The Beach (May to October) and into Alicante Town.
• The famous Moros y Cristianos Fiesta is in September.
• The sandy 7km long Beach of San Juan is 6kms and is easily accessible by car or bus. There is a promenade the whole length of the beach with plenty of Bars and Restaurants.
• Campello situated to the North of San Juan Beach is a typical Spanish resort with a Port, Beach and Promenade with Bars and Restaurants
• Alicante, with its’ Port, Beach, Historic Castle and old Town is 10kms.
• We are within easy reach of other beaches and resorts, water/theme parks and for those who like to wend their way away from the madding crowd there are some scenic inland routes to take.
• Alicante Airport is 20kms and we arrange pick-ups/drop-offs for 15,00€
• There is No Smoking inside the Finca and no Pets allowed.
